Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and case files.
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Prepare, review, and process legal correspondence and reports.
• Assist in drafting and proofreading contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with external law firms and regulatory bodies as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track deadlines for legal matters.
• Support legal team in research and data collection for ongoing cases or projects.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred).
• 4-5 years of Proven experience in legal administration or similar role.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
