Job Purpose:
The Mid-Senior Level SEO Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance the overall online presence of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and a proven track record of achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search performance, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities and create targeted keyword strategies.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine visibility.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve website architecture, site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
• Link Building: Develop and execute effective link building campaigns to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the SEO landscape.
• Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to ensure best practices are applied.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, development, and design, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5+ years of proven SEO experience with a successful track record of driving organic growth.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical SEO principles, HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS).
• Content Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and optimize content for SEO.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and stay current with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
