    Senior Manager Business Enablement-Gauteng

    Introduction

    • Position: Senior Manager, Business Enablement Position/Task Grade: EEE Department: Business Enablement Business Unit: Gauteng Cluster Area of specialization: The Senior Manager Business Enablement will report directly to the General Manager Operations. This role is responsible for leading and providing strategic direction to achieve sustainable and continuous value delivery to the business, driving collaboration and alignment across the entire division’s value chain and establishing a proper and effective cross-functional support centre of excellence encouraging continuous improvement and analytical approaches.

    •  Direct and establish an optimisation strategy.

    •  Lead document and knowledge management development and management.
    •  Manage function resources.

    Minimum requirements
    Qualification(s): 

    •  B Degree in Business Management/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Human Sciences/ Finance at a NQF 7 level with 360 credits or
    •  B Tech in Business Management/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Human Sciences/ Finance at a NQF 7 level with 360 credits or
    •  Advance Diploma in Business Management/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Human Sciences/ Finance at a NQF7 level with 360 credits

    Experience:

    •  10 years’ experience in business enablement, business support, performance management and reporting, and corporate finance.
