Health Window has achieved outstanding results for both pharmacy and pharmaceutical partners through our proactive and patient-focused adherence management. We are seeking a new addition to our management team.

The role will include managing teams, managing projects and building client trust from evidence of improved results from our patient and client management services, with the aim to grow our client base.

The individual will be expected to:

• Manage teams

• Maintain and grow existing relationships with clients

• Contribute to improving our current products and services

• Actively seek out and pursue new opportunities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies

• Analysing and reporting on results in terms of financial and disease related outcomes

Requirements:

• University degree in related field

• 5+ years’ experience in executive level customer engagement

• Proficiency in data analytics (crucial)

• Strong customer care mindset

• Proactive, solution-driven nature

• Expertise in the fields of chronic disease management and exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy industries a plus

• Strong negotiation skills and value focus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Great leadership qualities

• Bonus: Solid relationships in- and understanding of the pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry
