Degree in Risk Management/Finance Management/Internal Auditing or relevant field
EXPERIENCE:
8 years’ Risk Management/Business Continuity Management with at least 5 years’ experience, middle management experience or supervisory experience.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
Develop organisational resilience and sustainability policy, frameworks, procedures, and systems
Align and review organisational resilience and sustainability strategies and plans with business needs or other developments, both internally and externally.
Lead and manage organisational resilience and sustainability activities
Determine the section’s resource requirements in accordance with the expected deliverables.
Provide advice and consultative expertise on organisational resilience and sustainability matters.
