Senior Manager Release Management at CSG International

What you'll do

• You will report to the Executive Director Solution Delivery Capability Practice to review technical documentation and perform analysis to determine impact of code changes to clients and environments supported.
• You will ensure production release code packages can be deployed.
• You will mitigate risk to minor releases while meeting client needs by managing and scheduling the content of the deployment.
• You will work with Change Management to understand the composition of release deployments. Support creation of internal and external release communications, client risk assessment and impact analysis.
• You will manage continuous improvement efforts to ensure that customers, users and service management staff are satisfied with the service transition practices and outputs.
• You will ensure release deployment tasks and validation is completed upon release implementation.

• Technical knowledge of software development and IT deployment.
