What you'll do

• You will report to the VP of Technology Development to contribute towards designing, analyzing, writing code, modifying, and debugging CSG product applications
• Perform release testing, working with end-user to define requirements and completing technical documentation
• Assist with on-site client issues and partnering with team members to complete complex software development assignments
• Work in a small team to deliver scalable, cloud data products aligning industry trends with customer and business requirements
• Contribute to software engineer/developer Scrum Teams
• Develop services using modern techniques such as REST, .NET on Linux, and in containers
• Assist with test-driven software engineering and development activities associated with developing, and improving important systems using an Agile DevOps
• Train other team members on coding and best practices

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• AWS: 5+ years of development experience, certifications
• C#/.NET framework 5+ years (ASP.NET Core, .NET 5+)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, asynchronous programming
• Experience with Enterprise architecture, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Experiences with Cloud networking, such as AWS VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancer, and cloud security, such as IAM roles and policies
• Experience deploying applications in containers, such as Kubernetes, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service
• Familiarity with Microsoft.Extensions.* ecosystem (dependency injection, logging, options)

What you'll do

• You will report to the Director of Project Services to contribute to the usage of product and industry knowledge to assist customers in solving business problems, and transforming and streamlining their operational and business processes
• Partner with end-user to establish requirements and complete technical documentation
• Design, write code, modify and debug CSG product applications while performing bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products
• Help with detailed architectural designs and provide guidance on complex software development assignments
• Provide support to customers and resolve technical issues and error messages encountered in a live production environment
• Lead a team of software developers and assist the architects in preparing the FDD

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent education/experience required

What you'll do

• You will report to the Executive Director Solution Delivery Capability Practice to review technical documentation and perform analysis to determine impact of code changes to clients and environments supported.
• You will ensure production release code packages can be deployed.
• You will mitigate risk to minor releases while meeting client needs by managing and scheduling the content of the deployment.
• You will work with Change Management to understand the composition of release deployments. Support creation of internal and external release communications, client risk assessment and impact analysis.
• You will manage continuous improvement efforts to ensure that customers, users and service management staff are satisfied with the service transition practices and outputs.
• You will ensure release deployment tasks and validation is completed upon release implementation.

What you'll do

• You will report to the Senior Manager Service Management to provide technical support to customers - resolving technical issues / error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment
• You will manage a team of 2 or more, develop the team to meet their objectives and customers' SLAs and lead the team in daily activities
• You will design, develop and test new software solutions using a variety of different technologies. Research new technology and development tools
• You will create both customer and technical documentation for processes created or modified.
• You will perform technical trouble shooting and consult with L4 teams
• The role may require you to work in different business times and form part of an on-call 24hs / 7 days roster which may be on weeknights/weekends/public holidays and Ad-hoc occasional travel to customer sites.

What you'll do

• You will report to the Senior Manager Software Development Engineer to design reports using Jaspersoft reporting platform and  related tools.

• You will create queries to provide ad hoc reports, analysis, and datasets.
• You will trouble shoot data issues, validate result sets, recommend and implement process improvements.
• You will work with internal customers, Business Analysts, developers to understand requirements and specific analytics and reporting needs
• You will work within an Agile methodology to develop and test reporting functions.

• Must be able to design complex reports using Jaspersoft Studio
• Knowledge of Jaspersoft Architecture and Deployment
• Experience in developing Complex Reports using Jaspersoft Server and Jaspersoft Studio.
