Develop and execute a business strategy for exceptional service by implementing best in class technologies and practices, promoting a customer-centric business approach
Work collaboratively and partner with different departments to drive customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency
Oversee recruitment, hiring and training of new employees on all customer support teams

Requirements
BA/BS in business administration or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience coordinating multi-functional and geographically diverse teams
Extensive skills in banking operations, project management, change management, system implementations, consulting, vendor management, business analysis and operations management
Proven ability to design and implement processes that result in increased profitability, performance and efficiency
Key strengths in the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical persons
