Manage a team of Intraday Analysts and oversee the work process to ensure service level consistency and that agent efficiencies are in place

You will be tasked to take the Support centre wide approach to maximise on the dally performance, short term planning of schedules and forecasts. 

Key Performance Areas: 
Operational Requirements

• You will be required to work remotely and occasionally at the office during the pandemic
• For consideration you will require a fibre internet connection of 20mbps and higher

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• At least 3 years’ experience of working in a Contact Centre environment
• Experience of management information and reporting tools
• Experience in working as a first line manager
