Grade 12 plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Public Management / Administration, and Human Resource Management qualification or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.
Minimum of 02 years’ experience in HRD and Transformation environment.
DUTIES :
Provide Human Resource Development. Provide Performance Management Development System (PMDS). Provide Employee Health and Wellness Programmes.
Provide service delivery improvement. Supervise subordinates and utilise resources (human and physical) in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.
