Senior Personnel Practitioner: Human Resource Management
Senior Certificate [Grade 12] plus NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management/ Public Administration / Public Management or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Virtual meeting platforms literacy.
PERSAL Training certificate / Results.
A valid driver's license except for people with disabilities.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Oversee the rendering of Conditions of Services [Leave Management, Termination of services, Medical Aid, Housing subsidies, Injury on duty, leave gratuities and pension benefits
Oversee the Human Resource Provisioning Services [Appointment, resettlement, transfer, secondment, etc]
Provide Human Resource Information Services [Report on Staff Establishment, Develop and Maintain datasets from existing systems, provide information on vacancy rate].
