Senior Personnel Practitioner: Human Resource Services Ref No: Ldard 9/11/2025 (X1 Post)

CENTRE REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 plus an appropriate NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management /Public Management/Administration or relevant equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
PERSAL training Certificate.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
- Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, Public Service Act, EEA, Report writing, Communication skills. Knowledge of PERSAL.
