Senior Power Platform Developer at NTT Ltd.

• We’re looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• This role goes beyond development — you’ll own architecture, shape platform strategy, and drive best practices, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Define and implement ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy
• Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations (custom connectors, APIs, Azure services)
• Establish and enforce platform governance (DLP, security, standards, CoE practices)
• Optimise performance, scalability, and reliability across solutions
• Lead technical delivery: estimation, planning, and stakeholder communication
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and raise engineering standards
• Translate business needs into practical, productised solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience delivering Power Platform / M365 / Azure solutions at scale

Deep expertise in:

• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate (advanced orchestration patterns)
• Dataverse (data modelling, security, performance)

Strong experience with:

• Custom connectors, APIs, and integrations (e.g. Azure, SAP, DocuSign, etc.)
• ALM and CI/CD (Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps)
• Security and governance (DLP, role-based access, compliance)
• Ability to design for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Proven experience mentoring teams and influencing stakeholders

Tech Environment:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Azure Services & API integrations
• DevOps / CI/CD pipelines
• Power BI (desirable)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience (desirable)

Certifications (Preferred)

• PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
• PL-600 (Solution Architect)
• Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305) are a plus
