    Senior Process Engineer - Kempton Park

    • Has responsibility for reaching plant (production, maintenance and projects) cost, schedule and functionality goals.  
    • Identify plant process concerns and resolve.  
    • Builds and maintains high level of knowledge and competence in one or more engineering areas. Actively supports production quality and quantity in a given line.
    • Key to safety culture by applying the relevant expertise and knowledge and supporting safety policies and guidelines.
    • Contributes to or has responsibility for reaching cost, schedule and functionality goals of a given assignment.  Gives particular consideration to continuous cost challenging, effective communication and following the Plant design and realization process as well as the work instruction
    • Lead and provide guidance during projects or plant solutions or other complex problems.
    • Identify the lead Plant improvement or new product projects.
    • Contributes to technical direction and strategy of Plant.
    • Accountable for engineering activities and leading or assisting in projects having a key business impact.
    • Keep accurate record of all Plant data for analysis of cost and finance.
    • Share technical expertise and provides assistance to a team of professional engineers.
    • Lead and provide guidance during projects or plant solutions or other complex problems.
    • Identify the lead Plant improvement or new product projects.
    • Contributes to technical direction and strategy of Plant.
    • Accountable for engineering activities and leading or assisting in projects having a key business impact.
    • Keep accurate record of all Plant data for analysis of cost and finance.
    • Share technical expertise and provides assistance to a team of professional engineers.
    • Keep up to date with the latest policies and procedures of Innovative Water Care and enforce compliance.
    • Lead and conduct PHA’s and HAZOP’s and ensure on time completion of action items.
    • Ensure operations compliance through plant inspections and thorough housekeeping.
    • Functional knowledge – expert in a discipline.
    • Business expertise – Good knowledge of how own discipline contributes to the business unit and good understanding of competitors (products / services).
    • Leadership – Allocates / co-ordinates work within the team / project and / or contribute to technical / professional direction for a discipline.
    • Problem Solving – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with methodical approach to troubleshooting
    • Interpersonal Skills – Developed communication and diplomacy skills used to direct / persuade / influence others.
    • Attention to detail - High Attention to detail and accuracy of work
    • Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changing production environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously
