Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Supervise and manage production teams, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in production settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
