Registration with SAGC in a relevant Technologist or Professional category is advantageous
Relevant GIS courses and CAD courses
A minimum of 5 - 8 years relevant experience post-graduation.
Extensive experience in the recording and capture of electricity distribution systems

Planning, investigation and detail design of proposed future or planned deviations of existing electrical services routes for overhead and underground projects
Ensure all statutory and legislative approvals are obtained timeously and that projects conform to the requirements of all concerned parties
Regular site investigations and inspections of all current and future projects
Monitor and maintain accurate data of electrical services to always enable access to the latest electronic reference information
Providing information regarding existing and proposed electrical services routes and sites.
