Eligibility for registration as a Professional Construction Project Manager with the SACPCMP preferred/will be advantageous
Minimum of 5 years relevant post qualification experience in residential township development

Manage the implementation (construction) of infrastructure and top structures during the development of Human Settlements.
Ensuring that consultants are effectively managed and given clear direction in order to ensure that design and construction meet planned expectations.
Communication and Networking Establishes and maintains business partnerships with all relevant Stakeholders.
Financial Management: Maximize the Division's business sense and display a sound business understanding in applying the most effective management practices
Communicate with internal and external role players, In order to draft reports and make presentations on various professional issues in an effective, concise and professional manner.
