A relevant tertiary qualification (built environment)
Eligibility for professional registration with a built environment council(SACPCMP preferred)
Minimum of 5 years relevant post qualification experience in residential township development
Computer Literacy: MS Office
Valid driver’s licence
Professional registration with a built environment council is advantageous.
Key Performance Areas
Implementation of integrated housing projects citywide that includes management of the full project lifecycle in alignment with the function of the key performance areas of the Housing Development Department
Plan the identification and implementation of housing projects in association with the relevant Programme Manager
Manage the planning and implementation of housing projects and ensure the coordination and successful delivery thereof including associated financial and non-financial targets
