Senior Project Coordinator_Business Acceleration at Fetola

Summary of the job:

• The chosen candidate will work on an exciting Enterprise Development Programme aimed at growing small businesses nationally. They will work together with the SME Programme Manager to deliver programme objectives. This will be achieved through coordinating of programme activities, assisting with the programme planning and practicing effective two-way communications to ensure internal team alignment and SME satisfaction. The role will involve SME relationship coordination and communication, conducting research, data collation and analysis of market trends and programme performance.

Job requirements and experience:

• University Degree (Masters preferable)
• At least 2 + years working experience in a senior project coordination position.
• Demonstrated understanding & use of data analytics and reporting – essential.
• Strong excel skills.
• Excellent spoken, written and interpersonal communication.
• Confident, agile, ambitious, and forward - thinking
• Comfort with technology and innovation essential
• Multilingual – more than one African language (advantageous)
• Experience and understanding of Enterprise Development / Small Business Development sector is not a requirement.
