Job Description

• Contribute to our Telco market projects by forming part of a team delivering new services to a leading South African Telecommunications Network Operator. You will play the role of Quality Assurance Lead, with a team of 3-4 test resources working with you. These test resources are located offshore and it will be your responsibility to manage their output. As Quality Assurance Lead you will be responsible for:
• Receive and analyze requirements received from the client.
• Review test plans created by the development and test team and advise on any blind spots.
• Own a defined set of regression tests and ensure that the result of the regression test run is monitored, that the regression run is extended with every functional deliverable and that the regression run is structured in such a way that it runs optimally
• Manage interaction between the development, test and support team in terms of knowledge transfer and execution of tests in various test environments.

Work Environment

• You will be required to work from Globetom’s head office in South Africa in Centurion.
