    CTC 360 000 to 600 000 plus lucrative on target earning structure (no desk cost)

     

    Join one of the country's strongest recruitment teams! This role is within Afrizan's Permanent recruitment division.

     

    • Able to work on your own?
    • Looking to be your own boss?
    • Sell Sell Sell
    • Work the numbers?
    • Can manage and train junior staff effectively?
    • Have 3 years in agency recruitment experience?  
    • Execute on sourcing strategies,
    • Familiarise yourself with and use the latest technical sourcing techniques and technologies,
    • Represent your clients with confidence and class.

    Here’s how you’ll be successful:

    • Strategically find passive candidates as per your client’s requirements
    • Build a network of potential candidates through market research, deep search techniques and ongoing communication
    • Build relationships with candidates and proactively reach out to high quality passive talent
    • Create and develop your personal online brand across multiple platforms
    • Provide an excellent first touchpoint, exemplifying exceptional candidate experience through quality communication
    • Act as your client’s culture ambassador and actively source aspirational hires
    • Inspire top talent to explore opportunities with your clients and convince them to continue conversations with your clients’ hiring teams
    • Continuously improve yourself and others in your team through self-study and knowledge sharing
    • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing sourcing processes, techniques and technologies
