    Senior Reward Services Co-Ordinator (Peromnes Grade 9)

    Job description

    Key responsibilities include on-going maintenance and the validation of data in the HR Information System with a specific focus on the establishment of posts, generating of operational and statistical management information, and providing all related Departmental project support.

    Minimum requirements

    • Matric plus relevant 3-year Diploma or qualification.
    • At least five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources of which two (2) years should be in Rewards or Systems or Shared Services.
    • Technical knowledge of human resources operating systems and applications.
    • An advanced level of computer literacy and competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
