Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6) in Development Studies/Public Administration/Public Management/Community Development/Social Science/Rural Development as recognised by SAQA
Minimum 2 years relevant experience at Facilitation Officer
A valid driver’s license.

Duties:
Maintain and promote social cohesion in traditional communities
Maintain partnership between traditional Leadership institutions and other development agencies
Review participation of Traditional Leaders in the Municipal Council
Maintain identification of Traditional Council community development needs
