    Senior Sales Executive B2B (Cape Town)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • To Follow the allocated store call cycle and hand in a weekly report to Manager.
    • Manage product displays as per the seasonal cycles and discount offers.
    • Responsible for POS execution to the National Groups.
    • Ensure that the store adheres to the merchandising standards.
    • Supervise product display and look for opportunities to enhance product displays
    • Ensure defective or old products are removed and new products are properly stacked and displayed.
    • To work according to the Perigree App once it has been implemented and training provided.
    • Work closely with the Blitz team merchandisers and ensure standards are met.
    • Inform management of any red flags regarding trade activity
    • Educate store staff regarding latest business updates and related action plans.
    • Devise innovative sales strategies to attract more customers.
    • Ensure In-depth Product Knowledge is given to Store Employees on each store visit.
    • Teamwork essential and to be flexible within the Team environment to take on other tasks
    • Developing a solid and trusting relationship with store managers and regional management within National channel.
    • Resolving key client issues and complaints
    • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
    • Managing company assets (retail stands) to make sure it is according to the company standard and will include the corporate ci.
    • Cross-functional communication with all other departments that will include supply chain and trade marketing
    • Managing of all customers returns at store level and DC (cosmetic and technical)
    • Implementation of all promotional activity.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric/ Sales Diploma
    • Excellent communication skills: 
    • Good Relationship with all accounts: Be able to establish solid relationships.
    • Excellent Team player.
    • 3 years field sales experience required (MDA industry will be an advantage)
