    Senior Sales Executive

    Summary:

    • Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
    • Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
    • Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
    • Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
    • Continually analyse the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with management to establish sales reporting framework.
    • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
    • Greet potential buyers, conduct property tours, and provide detailed information.
    • Answer client inquiries on pricing, availability, and property features.
    • Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
    • Prepare and present purchase agreements, ensuring accuracy.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with marketing and site teams.
    • Provide feedback on client preferences and property improvements

    Desired Experience & Qualification:

    • Valid FFC Certificate
    • Qualification in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
    • 10+ years in real estate sales, preferably in high-density developments.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Core Competencies:

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local market area.
