    Internal IT Sales Administrator (71322)

    Job Description

    • An established IT managed services provider with over 25 years of experience is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator based within the IT space in the Durban West area.
    • The ideal candidate will be a passionate, sales-focused individual who can engage with clients and work alongside our Account Managers to sell, manage and deliver technology solutions.

    Tasks & responsibilities:

    • Prepare accurate sales quotations for business technology solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, firewalls, licensing, hardware, cloud services, etc.) using Pastel Evolution and CRM systems.
    • Process customer orders from quotation acceptance through to final delivery, ensuring all commercial, technical and logistical details are correctly captured.
    • Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery with suppliers, logistics partners and internal technical teams to meet agreed timelines.
    • Manage customer commercials, including pricing, discounts, contract terms, renewals and escalations, while maintaining data integrity in the CRM/ERP.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Manager team, including diary management, meeting preparation, proposal formatting and follow-up actions.
    • Maintain clean and up-to-date customer records, opportunity pipelines and order status reports within the CRM.
    • Liaise directly with clients on order status, delivery schedules, invoicing queries and basic product information.
    • Support the sales team with internal reporting, performance tracking and general sales administration.
    • Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with company frameworks and quality standards.
    • Assist with the onboarding of new customers from a commercial and administrative perspective.

    Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:

    • Matric
    • N3 or NQF5 (related technical field)
    • Minimum 2 Years experience working in an Internal Sales Administrative role
    • Working experience within the IT MSP/Reseller/Distributor field would be advantageous
    • Product Certification (Microsoft, SonicWALL, Acronis etc.) would be advantageous
    • Higher Certificate or diploma in a relevant field would be advantageous
    • Strong administrative mindset with a genuine enjoyment of detail-oriented work.
    • Natural interest in and affinity for IT and technology.
    • Ability to confidently hold business-focused IT conversations with clients.

    Assembly and Production Manager - Plastics Manufacturing (71289)

    The Opportunity

    • A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Assembly & Production Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, production output and people within the Assembly Department.
    • The successful candidate will have strong plastics manufacturing experience, preferably within injection moulding, combined with proven leadership and Lean Manufacturing expertise.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily assembly and production operations, including casting, assembly and packing.
    • Plan and allocate labour, materials and resources to achieve production targets.
    • Drive quality, productivity, stock control and on-time dispatch.
    • Lead, coach and develop production teams.
    • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    Requirements

    • N6 Mechanical Engineering qualification.

    • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6S.
    • Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification or practical experience.
    • Computer literate, including MS Office.

    • Willingness to work shifts, overtime and extended hours when required.

    • Our client, a well-established organisation in the agricultural sector, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Financial Accountant to join their team based in Camperdown.
    • The successful candidate will take responsibility for a broad financial accounting function, including month-end reporting, management accounts, taxation, financial statements, budgeting, financial analysis and audit preparation.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12.
    • BCom Degree majoring in Accounting and/or Taxation, or a Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Accountant, Accountant or similar role.
    • Strong experience with monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
    • Experience with VAT, corporate income tax and provisional tax.
    • Experience preparing Annual Financial Statements.
    • Sound knowledge of IFRS for SMEs.
    • Experience with fixed asset management and reconciliations.
    • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
    • Experience working with ERP systems.
    • Valid driver's licence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Take responsibility for the day-to-day financial accounting function.
    • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
    • Analyse financial performance against budgets and prior-year figures and investigate significant variances.
    • Assist with financial planning, budgeting, cost control and financial analysis.
    • Review and authorise supplier payments and ensure accurate creditor reconciliations.
    • Manage and maintain the fixed asset register, including depreciation and asset verification.
    • Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure ongoing tax compliance.
    • Manage corporate income tax requirements, including provisional tax calculations and submissions.
    • Assist with deferred tax calculations and reporting.
    • Liaise with SARS regarding income tax-related matters.
    • Prepare provisions, accruals, prepaid expenses and General Ledger reconciliations.

    • Prepare Annual Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS for SMEs.
