What you’ll be doing

• Python & SQL Development
• Big Databases (NoSQL, Cassandra etc)
• Solution architecture and development
• Detailed solution and development documentation
• Test case and unit testing creation
• Standards enforcement
• Code / process / standards reviews
• Assisting OPS with fault finding and issue resolution
• Mentoring and leading Junior and Intermediate Software Developer

What is required

• BSc. (Computer Science) or equivalent IT qualification
• Intermediate and above SQL (SQL 92, no specific DB requirements).
• More than 10 years’ experience in Python; Java; C++ & C#
• Previous experience with a BI tool like Pentaho, Talend or SSIS is an advantage but not a requirement
• 2-3 Years’ experience in mentoring and leading Software Developers
