    Senior Specialist: Marketing

    Role purpose

    This Senior Specialist: Marketing role is based within Vodacom Business.

    The Senior Specialist: Marketing will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of product and segment marketing activities across various communication channels, brand development, and products and services. To drive real business impact including increasing market share .

    Your Responsibilities Will Include

    • Skills to effectively deliver the right message, to the right segment, at the right time, and evaluate the most relevant ways of communicating both now and in the future.
    • Build long-term customer relationships and ROI. Skill to consistently apply Vodacom/ Vodafone Brand Framework, Purpose, and pillars within all marketing activities and embed them across the business.
    • Aligns multiple marketing activities to reinforce consistent Brand communications.
    • Skill and creativity that are applied to developing insightful and consistent marketing content to build Vodacom/ Vodafone brand equity, share, NPS, etc.
    • Skill to effectively and consistently use digital technology within customer touchpoints to improve the Vodafone/Vodacom experience.
    • Fully integrate digital into the campaign strategy. Develop and execute
    • budget plans based on a positive ROI and in line with sales objectives.
    • The level of skill to manage, maintain and improve effective relationships with partners and suppliers. Challenges partners or suppliers to move beyond the usual and think outside the box.
    • Actively manage all 3rd party outsources relationships as per SLAs and as per the policies and procedures stipulated by procurement.
    • Responsible for Marketing Budget spending by Segment/product/event allocation.
    • Demonstrate and track ROI for all investments.

    Ideally You Should Possess The Following

    • Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
    • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 To 8 Years Experience.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of Cloud Technology Industry experience.
    • B2B Marketing experience.
    • Enterprise Digital Acceleration and Execution
    • Brand Management and Advocacy 3rd Party Relationships
    • Digital Acceleration and Execution and Creative Content.
    • GTM Execution.
    • Data-Driven marketing strategies.
