    Solution Architect

    Role Purpose

    The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and leading the implementation of solutions and capability architecture for a particular business capability/user journey, according to the overall digital vision and target architecture. This role is responsible for the technical analysis and holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain APIs, and technical enablers/stories. This role is responsible for reviewing the target architecture vision and roadmap, evaluating and prioritizing roadmap items, and translating them into designs and non-functional requirements. This incumbent is responsible for providing support to engineering to ensure the development of technical stories is aligned to defined architecture paradigms, principles, and patterns.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include

    • Translate the overall digital vision and target architecture into corresponding solution designs and change requirements.
    • Design end-to-end solutions and cross domain integration and APIs.
    • Define non-functional, operational, and quality requirements for solutions.

    Cluster Specialist

    Role Purpose

    The County Specialist/FSC role is a hands on operational and tactical role that is responsible for driving sales and service performance and business model compliance across segments and channels within their specified area of distribution (cluster)

    Your Responsibilities Will Include

    Sales Management

    • Drive target-related growth of sales and revenues within the specified area of distribution (cluster)

    Customer Experience Management

    • Achieve the tNPS and NPS targets across all segments and channels
    • In collaboration with Go-to-Market, support and manage performance across distribution points/stores by analysing, scores/data and opportunities to improve the customer Experience
    • Operations Excellence and Reporting
    • Manage store operational compliance via field services and associated systems
    • Ensure policies are adhered to across distribution points/stores

    Field Management

    Specialist: Software Engineer

    Role Purpose

    The Specialist Software Engineer role is based within the Technology Business Unit.

    The role of the Specialist Software Engineer is to be responsible for the development of new and existing products and shared microservices by creating prototypes and designing and building modules and solutions in iterative agile cycles.     Software Engineer (QA Enablement)

    Role Purpose

    The SW Engineer for QA Enablement is responsible for developing testing frameworks and executing automated tests to ensure code and capability quality, overseeing the end-to-end development process. This role is responsible for reviewing technical design documents and tracking quality assurance metrics to ensure adherence to quality standards. This role is responsible for designing, scripting and implementing testing frameworks and capabilities, identifying deficiencies, debugging, and defining remediating actions. The incumbent will provide software-related operations support, including providing level two and level three incident and problem support.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include

    • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure adherence to design quality and coding standards.
    • Discuss the low level design and functional requirements with the application/solution architect to understand the approach to test automation.
    • Design and implement acceptance tests for user and technical stories.
    • Test and validate solution against user story and technical story acceptance criteria, leveraging automation where possible.
    • Debug tests and provide corrective actions to software engineering.
    • Identify, record, and monitor testing bugs.
    • Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect density and early life incidents.
    • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
    • Suggest improvements to user stories and UX.
    • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Enablement team to seek improvements to the test harness, automation framework and overall platform.
    • Promote the automation framework and tools adopted by the Quality Assurance Enablement team.
    • Perform ad hoc peer review of the automated test assets being maintained by the Software Test Engineer (STE) to ensure conformance of the process and governance.
    • Develop/extend the automation scripts using the automation framework for execution.

    • Confirm that the automation test suite implemented is appropriately catalogued.

    • Strong business acumen, including with an in-depth understanding of the contribution of the domain or business outcome to the wider digital business strategy and roadmap
