Senior Specialist Visual Merchandising Execution Africa Export at adidas Group

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To assist and support the Manager VM Excellence by ensuring industry-leading visual merchandising planning and execution of adidas campaigns across the Africa Export business. Drive brand leadership at every consumer touch point, to maximize full-price sell-through and NPS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with key stakeholders to create and execute market relevant and industry leading visual merchandising directives and plans.
• Ensure VM planning directives are delivered and executed to the highest quality and on time and in full.
• Assist in the creation and execution of consistent and relevant VM planning seasonal guidelines and training manuals.
• Maximize the impact of key brand and product campaigns. 
• Support the ideation and creation of elevated retail activations.
• Creation of reports and analysis of campaign executions.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in visual design, merchandising or the equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years progressive work experience in Visual Merchandising Planning & Execution.
• Passion for sports and the fashion culture born from
