Grade 12 plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Financial Management / Financial Accounting or related field or an equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in expenditure management environment. Experience in salary administration will be an added advantage. A valid driver’s license (except for persons with disabilities).
DUTIES :
Provide salary administration. Process salary related claims in PERSAL and BAS. Monitor disbursements.
Monitor safe keeping of documents and distribution of correspondences.
Supervise subordinates and utilise resources (human and physical) in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.
