Key Performance Areas

• Provide financial and accounting services.
• Monitor the management of revenue and debt services.
• Facilitate the management of the revenue and debt services.
• Generate reports on revenue and debt.
• Monitor systems and procedures on managing revenue and debt.

Prerequisites

• NQF level 6 qualification as recognised by SAQA.
• A qualification in Finance/Accounting/Cost/Management Accounting/Finance Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the finance environment and related field.
• A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities

Person Profile

• Knowledge and understanding of the relevant financial legislative policies, procedures and legislative frameworks and Treasury instructions and regulations.
• Knowledge of BAS and PERSAL systems. Knowledge of Financial Administration.
• Functional Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). Ability to compile report.
• Strong communication skills, (written and verbal), good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, plaining and organizational skills. Good record keeping.
