    Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - IMETA

    Job Description

    • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Chep IMETA, you'll lead the strategic partnership with our business to find exceptional individuals who will drive our company's success.     Position Purpose:

    • The primary focus of this role is to be the strategic recruiting partner and point-of-contact for senior executives, leading the recruiting activities and collaborating with hiring managers and leadership on their hiring initiatives.
    • Individual will be responsible for recruiting key positions across the IMETA region, as well as provide support as needed to roles amongst the team.
    • This role is a critical to ensuring an adequate pipeline of top talent is available to fill key roles within the business, to function as a subject matter expert for talent acquisition, and truly function as a “Talent Consultant”.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Extensive experience in recruitment, including full cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
    • In-Depth understanding of best practices and trends in talent acquisition.
    • Align talent acquisition strategies with broader business goals and objectives. This includes workforce planning, succession planning, and understanding how talent impacts organizational performance.
    • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
    • Utilise data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-based recommendations.
    • Build and promote the employer brand by creating a positive reputation for the company among potential candidates and managing relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies.
    • Commit to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the ability to implement strategies for attracting diverse talent.

    Essential Qualifications & Experience:

    • Degree in Business, Human Resources or other associated field
    • 5+ years of senior level staffing experience in Fortune FTSE 100 companies or an external agency/staffing/executive search firm.
    • + 5 years' experience and track record of successfully partnering with internal / external customers as a talent advisor and providing talent solutions.
    • Strong Stakeholder Engagement and Management capability
    • Experience in supporting the business to build capability in selection of best practices through education, embedding consistent practices, communication cadence and use of insights to inform decisions
      Experience with any of the following and/or open to recruiting in the areas of: Supply   Chain/Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Customer Service, Plant Operations, IT and other as assigned.
    • Proven track record of recruitment success in an agency and/or corporate environment.
    • Comfortable in high volume corporate recruiting environment
    • Sophisticated management of staffing metrics, reporting, analysis and manpower planning strategies for client groups
