As a SeniorTalent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to provide insights on market trends and best practices while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
If you have the following:
A Tertiary qualification (Advantageous)
5+ years of experience in recruitment across industries such as insurance, financial services or worked in recruitment agencies
Proven experience in using innovative sourcing techniques, (not just using traditional recruitment channels)
Excellent talent sourcing, networking, and organisational skills.
