Senior Technician (TC 15) at Werkie

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting on projects and new installations.
• Commissioning of new installations.
• Assisting subcontractors with site assessments and installations.
• Remote and onsite fault-finding support for technicians.
• Maintenance of access control, CCTV, and electric fencing systems.
• Fault finding and prompt repair of breakdowns on site.
• Daily job card completion and reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the electronic security industry (Senior level).
• Strong experience in CCTV, networking, and backup power systems.
• Good working knowledge of electric fencing.
• PSIRA Registered (Compulsory).
• Electric Fence Certification (Compulsory).
• Valid Driver’s License (Compulsory).
• Computer literate.
• Exposure to boom gates, access control systems, fibre optics, renewable energy systems.
• Experience with Centurion Motors, Centurion Booms, Mikrotik Routers, Ubiquiti wireless solutions, and Victron systems beneficial.
• Welding experience advantageous.
