Trade certificate (Electrician/ Carpentry/ Civil/ Building Engineering)
2 – 3 years’ working experience as a Trade worker or Supervision position in general technical/ maintenance field
Valid drivers’ license
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on his/her own.
Completed Trade Workers Development Programs and/or technical courses will serve as an added advantage.
Do standby duties and work overtime on weekends & public holidays when required.
Responsibilities
Physically carrying out unskilled and semi-skilled tasks such as Civil & Electrical maintenance, electrical work, tiling, painting, and plumbing, building and welding in accordance with predetermined quality and productivity, and set standards.
Trade related work such as repairs or routine maintenance to buildings, structures, services (water, electrical, sewage and septic tank systems, and waste management), equipment, water pumps, etc.
Daily vehicle, equipment and electricity supply inspections, maintenance thereof and update of applicable log and time sheets.
Assistance with fuel and oil provision to all departments.
Daily stock control and reporting and documentation of any anomalies to supervisor.
General cleaning and upkeep of technical stores and equipment.
Driving duties include transport of equipment, materials and staff.
Perform daily services throughout the park providing a clean, safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required by Supervisor / Management.
