Senior Traffic Officer at Nelson Mandela Bay Metro

Qualifications and experience required:

• Matric and (ITO3)/Tertiary/equivalent qualification.
• Valid Code EB driver’s licence.
• Two to three years’ experience.

Key attributes and competencies:

• Incumbent must be physically fit and able-bodied.
• Must have sound communication skills.

Job purpose:

Coordinating and performing of specific tasks and activities in assisting the Area Superintendent in coordinating and controlling the traffic control and law enforcement operations, conducting inspections and attending to deviations in productivity and performance and attending to specific administrative and information reporting requirements and processes.

Special conditions to this position:

• The incumbent is required to work in all weather conditions.
