    Senior Workplace Host

    • Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a professional, customer-focused Senior Workplace Host to support front-of-house operations and deliver a seamless workplace experience. The role ensures that visitors and clients receive a warm, efficient welcome and that meeting rooms and shared spaces are maintained to the highest standards.     Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Welcome visitors, manage arrivals and support meet-and-greet processes.
    • Prepare, inspect and reset meeting rooms, ensuring equipment, amenities and cleanliness standards are met. 
    • Assist clients with messages, reservations, travel confirmations and general information. 
    • Report maintenance issues and complaints to the Helpdesk and escalate when required. 
    • Support technical room requirements and use room-management panels when needed.
    • Maintain food and beverage presentation standards in meeting rooms. 
    • Complete checklists and daily logs of client interactions and improvement notes.
    • Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality and workplace-management standards.

    Skills and Competencies    

    • Strong communication, customer-service and interpersonal skills. 
    • Good organisational and time-management abilities. 
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and follow procedures.
    • Emotionally intelligent, professional, and able to work with diverse personalities. 
    • Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently or in a team. 
    • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and service presentation. 
    • Well-groomed, resilient, and able to maintain confidentiality. 
    • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with hospitality/meeting-room standards.

    Qualifications    

    • Grade 12 (non-negotiable). 
    • Computer literacy and strong
    • English communication skills. 
    • Hospitality certificate/diploma is advantageous.
    • 2–3 years’ experience in front-of-house, hotel reception, concierge, gaming host or customer-service environment.
