    Service Account Manager

    Service Account Manager 

    • The Service Account Manager is responsible for addressing any issues/disputes from customers and resolving such issues/disputes in a timeous manner.

    Job Description:

    • Delivering a comprehensive service to inquiring customers.
    • Possibly delegating certain customer inquiries to specific departments.
    • Following up on orders placed by customers and ensuring feedback is provided when requested.
    • Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails.
    • Managing customers’ accounts alongside Customer Relations Consultants.
    • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken & noted on Pipedrive, or any other platform put in place, on a daily basis.
    • Communicating with internal teams to discuss any challenges and assist in resolution.
    • Building sustainable relationships where necessary.
    • Handing over any sales leads to the Customer Relations Consultants.
    • Assisting the Customer Relations Team with customer queries in relation to customer contracts.
    • Assisting the Customer Relations Team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as generating proposals and updating base lists upon authorization from the Customer Relations Manager.
    • Working alongside the Customer Relations Manager to resolve all queries arising from customer disputes.
    • Providing daily feedback to the Customer Relations Manager on all customer queries and tasks. 

    Knowledge, Soft Skills & Abilities Required

    • Organized
    • Customer-focused
    • Must be able to deal with pressure
    • Feedback/follow-up and prioritizing
    • Interact with internal and external staff
    • Good communicator - verbal and written
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
