About the Role

This role primarily focuses on facilitating client relationships while ensuring the efficient delivery of service solutions in a retail environment. You will act as a liaison between customers and our service team, driving satisfaction and trust.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Demonstrable experience in managing customer relationships and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology is preferred.
• Proficient in using computer software and systems for scheduling and record-keeping purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or repair environments is a plus.
• Certification from an automotive technical school or relevant courses is desirable.
