Service Advisor at Motus Holdings Limited

Job Description:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service
• Greet customers and inquire about reason for visit
• Schedule appointments and manage workload for service technicians
• Provide estimates for services and repairs, as well as communicate any additional work that may be needed
• Keep customers informed of progress on their vehicle and any delays that may occur
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure necessary materials are available for service
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
• Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and service procedures
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers
