    Services Centre / Contact Centre Consultant (Long Term Insurance) Temp position

    • To deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers and to Absa Advisors by answering inbound calls in the Absa Life contact centre and identifying the clients' needs and fulfilling the need with regards to the client’s life insurance policies.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Managing Daily Operational Requirement
    • Maintain Client Experience
    • Maintain Quality Standards
    • Handle Customer Complaints and Compliance

    Education and Experience Required

    • NQF Level 4: Grade 12
    • Matric/Grade 12
    • RE Exam Completed nice to have
    • 2-3 Year Insurance (Life) & Financial Services Client Services experience in a customer consulting role
    • 2-3 Year Insurance (Life) & Financial Services Contact Centre experience

     Contract opportunity for 6 months
