Service Engineering Manager
Our client, a leading global automotive company has an exciting opportunity for a Service Engineering professional with experience in the mining industry to be responsible for providing technical support to their clients in the mining industry as well as monitoring product performance and providing feedback to the Research & Development (R&D) team.
You will be required to travel to mines across the Sub Sahara region, providing support with regards to product inspection, maintenance, advice as well as training on product technical aspects. Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills will be required to resolve any potential Customer dissatisfaction or complaints in the spirit of Customer centricity and protection of the company.
A Mechanical Engineering Degree coupled with at least 4 to 6 years Maintenance or Service Engineering experience within the mining industry is required. Applicants must be willing to travel extensively and must have an understanding of the relationship between maintenance and productivity within a mining environment.
