    Service Manager

    Purpose of the position:

    • Responsible for both Broker Retentions and Broker Client Care Departments 

     Responsibilities

    • Manage escalated complaints
    • Management of staff – New appointments and disciplinary actions
    • Managing of Client Care and Retentions team leaders
    • Escalating IT issues
    • Responsible for targets - managing KPI’s
    • Management of Processes 
    • Salaries and commissions
    • Supervision of staff who are working under supervision 

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years experience in Short Term Insurance Industry
    • Previous staff management experience
    • Fully FAIS accredited & RE
    • Excellent Time Management skills
    • Good Excel skills
