Service Now Project Manager at Salt South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM module, replacing existing ITSM functionality.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage 3rd party requirements and facilitate technical design and integration.
• Define and validate roles for processes, working with various teams.
• Identify and escalate issues and risks, taking ownership of mitigating actions.
• Support Change Management activities related to system changes.
• Ensure high-quality design, testing, and deployment of solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks.
• Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are a bonus.
