Responsibilities:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders e.g. National Field Operations, Regional Operations, NPM, FFO Managed Services, Finance, SCM
Ensure that all generators, activities to include but not limited to, movement, refueling, services, maintenance, repairs and applicable control systems (alarming and tracking) are kept in good order and are regularly inspected and maintained.
Ensure efficient and effective maintenance services of all Generator sets, including servicing, troubleshooting, fault finding and repairs across mobile and fixed networks to ensure the safety, reliability and operational effectiveness of all generators and control systems are in compliance with governmental, legal and regulatory requirements and standards
Understanding of Telecommunications - Mobile & Fixed Networks (incl. RAN, Transmission, Core, OSS and Field Operations (incl. Passive and Active infrastructure) and Operations
Requirements:
Matric/ Grade 12 (Essential)
Relevant Diploma, Degree in Information Technology/ Engineering/ Business Management/Commerce/ Project Management qualification (Essential)
5 (five) years overall Telecommunications Experience (Essential)
5 (five) years of generator management experience, maintenance, services, repair and refueling
