Responsibilities:
Workload Management and Team Forecasting – Help build and maintain capacity and business forecasting models taking responsibility for the workload management of the team, ensuring that all projects are correctly reflected and accounted for. Advise on resourcing on a monthly basis and liaise with internal finance teams and sales
Salesforce Management – Liaise with sales on upcoming opportunities and client renewals, ensuring contracts are fulfilled and clients serviced appropriately
Document management – Ensure client documentation is valid and up to date with regulatory requirements, liaising with teams on regulatory changes and changing buyside requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
Very strong Excel skills
Experience with Salesforce or other Sales management systems preferable
Analytical mindset and have strong problem-solving skills
Strong team player who thrives under pressure and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Self-motivated, organized, takes initiative and enjoys new challenges
