Key Output

• Support Territories with Offshore Quotations (ADHOC)
• Actively process all offshore parts orders for ROA (Caterpillar, FG Wilson, Perkins)
• Correctly identify order and shipment types (incoterms)
• Track backorders efficiently and effectively, including Parts Viz Case Creations
• Provide feedback and sales status updates to ROA parts teams.
• Good Receipt and good issue all offshore parts
• Invoice parts to customers and provide commercial invoices for export purposes.
• Transactional Adherence to the Export Policy
• Submit EUED and Profile requests to CAT.
• Submit claims on damage and short supply
• Liaise with Middle East Finance Teams on Customer Offshore account adherence (credit limits,
• Liaise with the appointed 4PL on logistics to the end user
• Maintain Effective Communication with ROA Parts Teams
• Facilitate Information gathering for New Offshore accounts
• Support M.E Finance Team with Monthly Financial close-off (reporting)

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Minimum requirement: Grade 12
• 2-3 years experience in similar role (Parts, Counter Sales experience)
• SAP Experience (easily adaptable to migrating to new systems, Naxxt)
• Very good business communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to process orders accurately and timeously
• Ability to sell the value
• Make use of reference material
• Passion for the brand
• Ability to diffuse difficult situations effectively
• Ability to provide options
• Mechanical understanding
• IMM qualification would be a recommendation
