Shift Supervisor at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor workflow, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct shift handovers and report operational challenges or improvements.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain stock accuracy.
• Identify training needs and support staff development.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• A diploma or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
