    Shipping Administrator

    Job Description:

    • Receiving new orders from sales team and arranging shipping
    • Obtaining and Negotiating rates with service providers and clearing and forwarding agents
    • Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with the Incoterm & terms of shipment standard operating procedures
    • Arranging for bookings and Compiling export documentation
    • Maintain consistent and accurate communication with the sales teams, customer services and customers
    • Ensure compliance with all export regulations and legislation, including hazardous goods
    • Process all invoicing, generate billing
    • Maintain shipping information on the system and shipping register
    • Received and process service providers invoices for payment
    • General administration and filing.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Grade 12
    • Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma Supply Chain Management, Transport & Logistics Management or International Trade
    • 1-2 years’ Experience in Shipping
    • Incoterms 2020
    • Microsoft Office Tools
